Hi everyone I am new here and looking for abit of advice really. We live in an end terrace and just recently I have noticed when it rains there is always rain running down the side from beneath the chimney. However it seems to be getting worse. I know one piece of the flashing needs fixing but i don't think this is what is causing the problem. I have attached 2 pictures to make it clear how it looks. Amy advice would be most appreciated thanks
