Hello South Devon resident - has anyone had a survey to confirm domestic tank complies with new binding rules? Klargester 3,864 litre tank installed 1983/1984, no problems with either tank or soak away, inspected and emptied annually. Having trouble finding someone to carry out this survey; 2 reputable local drainage companies don't offer this service. I presume because the new rules are complex? Any recent relevant experience of this very welcome, thanks.
