Hi everyone, I'm at the start of my journey, assessing if converting a former chapel & adjoined Sunday school/cottage into a home for myself is viable. I need to estimate the build cost to see if the self-build mortgage is an option - does anyone have any tips on where to begin?! For example, where online guidance mentions rewiring costs for a 3 bed house, would that generally be applicable for a conversion too? Thank you in advance for any advice
