Hi, My extension was built 15-years ago and came with a felt covered flat roof. Whilst I don't currently have any leaks, I assume that 15-years signifies that it is coming towards the ens of its serviceable life. I am keen to extend its life if at all possible and wondered what the best approach would be to do so. I have read some good reports about painting flat roofs with things such as Everbuild 901 Black Jack Bitumen Paint, but I wanted some expert advice from you guys before I do anything. Any help and advice would be much appreciated. Trev
