We have just had new aluminium windows installed and I am worried that there are things which are not right . Is it normal to have chunks of the frame carved out as drainage holes and leave the aluminium exposed on the edges! Also a lot of the beadings are scratched from installation. Is it normal/successful to have these repaired/touched up? They are supposed to be coming back but unsure whether I should push for new beading?
