Hi. I have bought an 80’s bungalow and there is salts or something else 2 bricks below dcm. Is this a major problem? There is no damp in the home that I am aware of. Is there something I can do like paint them black with the bitumen? I have added pics. Please let me know your thoughts.. Thanks
