Good morning! I'm working through a new planning application with my architect and I'm trying to understand planning portal fees, it's a bit of a challenge as this is my first time using the site. I have a detached bungalow (1 house) which I would like to demolish and replace with 3 terraced houses. We're hoping to submit a planning application this month and I've been looking at the planning portal to work out fees. Given there is 1 property on the site today which will be demolished if approved, should the planning fees be for 3 houses or 2 houses?

Hello! I'm currently in the planning stage of a new proposal near Slough, looking to demolish a detached bungalow and erect 3 terraced properties in its place. Planning has been a nightmare so far but I've got a new architect who has given me some hope and we're aiming to submit an application this month (fingers crossed!).
