    Self builder. Purchased a half acre site with a 1930s bungalow. Bungalow is now demolished and groundworks are underway in preparation for a new-build timber frame by MBC, to be built to passive standards (not interested in certification).

    Demolition of previous 1930s bungalow is complete and groundworks including rebuild of retaining walls are almost done. I've had a bit of a hold up with a request for an additional soil analysis but hopefully construction will start in the next few weeks. Location is South Wales.
