    Hey everyone, I want to share a bit about myself. I have solid experience in residential and commercial sprinkler design. Despite working in unrelated activities for the last 10 years, I am determined to get a house built. I am strongly considering SIPs or ICF, with a passive foundation or a passive raft foundation.
