Thanks Dave, it's on the second floor so I can't really get much closer. It looks better when dry but I think I need a window cleaning brush or similar to remove the dirt - would that work?

Hi all Our new render gets these stains following heavy rain. Appreciate it isn't as bad as other render stains you can find but it's driving me nuts. any solutions to clean/prevent? will sealant on the render help?
