Hi there everyone just introducing myself. It's so good to find this forum. My partner and I are considering a self-build but we have no idea where to begin. We are considering a prefab list the Spassio Lighthouse. I am worried that they lose their value over time. Also that there is a big risk it could all go wrong so would want a company to be responsible for building everything. Any ideas would be very much appreciated. Sorry if this not the right part of the forum for this question - I was unable to find one where it might fit. Paul
