Thanks so much for your great ideas. We would like to extend into the garden, but I’m not keen of all open plan, because with the stairs where they are the food cooking smells would go upstairs.

Hi there, I’m hoping for some help. We have a very strange house layout & we want to extend to get more living space downstairs. I’ve attached our floor plan, does anyone have any good ideas? We’d be happy to integrate the garage in to the living space. But with the stairs being in the living room we’re not sure what we can do. Any ideas/help would be welcome! Thanks, Jodie
