  1. Hello to whoever can give their opinions or advice on choosing internal doors! I am battling with a choice on my internal doors which I need to get onto ASAP but struggling with choosing what might be the best fit as I've got the flooring down and it's thrown me as I was always going to have cottage style doors, either white so can paint them or oak or even the blonde oak, but with the herringbone flooring laid now I am not sure how these doors would look, perhaps too busy? I've mainly looked at Todd Doors and their range, switching between the cottage style and the shaker style as our kitchen is shaker and I think these doors would possibly fit best, but I didn't really fancy them in white.. but then what colour to paint them!? If anyone is able to share their insight or even photos of the doors they went for with a herringbone flooring i'd be so grateful! I've attached some photos as well so can see the flooring
  2. Thank you everybody. I will look into the Crown mix as I can open a trade account in my company name and it looks like the majority vote is to all one colour, keeping the room feeling light and airy. Much appreciated feedback everyone! 🙂
  3. I am struggling to decide on paint colours for my upstairs bedroom which has a dormer window so therefore, sloping ceilings. I was thinking of two colours, but then seen online it says better to do one and let the natural light create the different tones. I'm open to suggestions, and I do like neutral/natural colours and thought I had chosen two I like (Dulux Ivory & Cookie Dough), but I'm scared now as I don't want them to be too dark! Advice, suggestions and photos of your own choices would be most helpful! Thanks in advance!
