I currently have 3 large cages/flights for my birds ie, for the Planeta Large cages, and use defunct tropical marine full spectrum lights above them. The lights are expensive to run and I'd like to add solar LCD strip lights to the cages instead. The window of the bird room is directly above my single story kitchen roof so I could perhaps put some sort of solar panel onto it. I'm talking of 3 lights with a decent output that I'd need, and also a USB hub to connect 3 small cages. 1st of all, would this be practical? If so what would be needed to get a setup? I'd prefer a battery storage system so that the lights can be on in early morning and late afternoon when it's normally dark outside. Does this sound feasible and if so, what would I need to get moving on the project
