We’ve moved into a hose with a leak. Upon inspection it looks like the roof has been built too high as it’s in line with the window sills and no room for lead. Water is getting in, running down the liner and has found a hole in the membrane. My question is how can this be fixed? Could we lead over the top of the window sills?
