Evening all Built my own workshop/ shed last summer, roof was usual joists and OSB boards, followed by the standard shed felt with laps of 100mm. All nailed down with the wee felt nails. all fine however we hit winter and condensation was mad, and I had several leaks around the same area. Through frustration, I threw a big blue tarpaulin over it, draping around all 4 edges….. and still it leaks at same points inside. I’ve installed 4 vents this weekend to address the condensation but the roof is driving me crazy. When spring comes, I’ll be ripping up the old felt and hopefully see the issue. Asking here incase anyone experienced something similar. I thought the way the water showed here was suspicious.
