Recently had a walk in level access shower fitted by a council contractor using a disability grant for funding. They have not tanked the walls in the shower area at all and have tiled the walls. They are stating that it is not mandatory to tank and only a recommendation that it should be done. Is this acceptable and if not what recourse should I pursue Thanks in advance for any help
