I know it is old topic, but maybe it will be still interesting for people, I am foreign builder, and i can give advice that in UK you need have only underfloor heating, never you will have problem with mold and humidity, especially when you will combine it with simple ventilation system above plasterboard in ceiling, and eletcric underfloor heating cheaper for installation
