ill need to check the zone valve, ill let you know. but yea when heat is required zone valve will open allwoing boiler to fire up.

Good Day Team, Im a plumber gas fitter from New Zealand and have been ask to install pipe work from a boiler to underfloor heating manifold, i just want to assure ive got this correct before i proceed. The manifold has been installed by others and ive supplied the boiler. They have left behind the wiring centre, 2 thermostats, 1 zone valve and the actuators. System only 13 KW electric boiler supplying a 2 zone underfloor heating manifold, if someone could confirm the valving is correct that would be appreciated. Do i need a automatic by pass valve or is a standard gate valve in the open postistion okay? Ive attached a rough sketch some advice would be appreciated. Usaully the supplier would give me all this info but i cannot get that from the supplier here (not very helpful). Cheers UFH draft.pdf
