I want to braze large diameter copper pipe(67 mm + ) can anyone recommend a decent course in around London?

A question for the pipe fitters out there or anyone else in the know. In prefabricated mild steel flanges at what size diameter does the flange change from a 4 hole one to an 8 hole one, I am of the belief it's between 3" and 4" Just want clarity on it Thanks

This is something that comes up for me in the plumbing trade but I can't say I know of the top of my head which 2 metals shouldn't be used together. E.g brass, copper, mild steel, stainless steel, etc Which 2 metals cannot be used together?

A close friend of mine has been contacted by her downstairs neighbours who are in the process of converting their kitchen into another bedroom, while doing this they have exposed the gas mains supplying my friend's property on the floor above. They want my friend to arrange its removal and redirection out of their property while also covering the complete cost Can anyone clarify if my friend has any responsibility to do this? Or what if any what the regulations might say?
