Does anyone know how I would go about fitting the stepped flashing on this roof? Can I just run straight diagonal flashings into the diagonal mortar line? any suggestions would be much appreciated

Hi everyone, We are looking to get some Ultraline sliding doors in our new extension for the thin profile and the completely flush threshold but a little confused on how the drainage works on these doors. On the diagram it shows that you lay rhe patio over the ACO drain. wouldnt this just block it up and be pointless? Are there any flush threshold experts in here? Thanks Conor
