how do I fix mate ? His it easy ?

it runs off a boiler with 2 towel radiators in each bathroom.

Hi, I had underfloor heating installed up and down about 2 years ago, been working perfect but at the weekend i noticed when I turned one of the rooms down stairs it would not heat up ! Unless I turned turned a room on upstairs then it would start warming up ! anybody know what I can do to fix this ?
