Richard Churm

Hello, we are currently having an extension built! Part of it has a flat warm roof, well a slight slope 3 inch to 0 inch so virtually flat, we are trying to decide which roof covering to go for, 3 layer felt system or rubber, I've been trying to research the advantages and disadvantages of both but all have so many contradictions, could I ask which you Would recommend or prefer yourselves and reasons why?
