  1. This is definitely possible and I suppose would restrict further twisting but is anything additional required to strengthen these joists along there length? Cheers
  2. Im about to overboard with insulated plasterboard an existing top floor lath and plaster ceiling. I just popped up the loft to check out the joists and mark up where the joists sit so that I can be sure to fix directly into them ... But we've got a problem... You will see from the photo that a few of the joists have twisted over the years, and quite badly. The joists are fairly straight until about mid way into the room (just behind my feet) then they twist as they approach the internal load bearing wall. With the additional weight of the plasterboard this will only make things worse with time. Any advice on the best way to fix this or beef up the joists? Thanks for any advice 🙂
  3. Hi guys, I will be wiring up my UFH manifold in a couple of days and would appreciate if someone could double check my drawing - attached. Really is much appreciated. Materials to be used: Honeywell 2 port valves Danfoss FH-WC wiring center (note relays are volt free) Nest 3rd gen thermosts which connect to the Heatlinks Worcester bosch 36cdi boiler UFH wiring final-min.pdf
