Hi I have brought a therma v heat pump a high heat version second hand installed it but have one big problem have had some one out to charge it with 410 gas but he could not do it properly as my model does not have a cooling function and it only took 2.4kg of gas when it needs 3.5 due to the pressure in heating mode it is working fine but the manual for it stated it need to go into cooling mode to recharge it but there is no option for that have searched now for days many one have any ideas

Thought I would say hi before posting hopefully I can get some help from here and also help others as I learn more about my air source heat pump
