Nat16

We got our tank moved yesterday so it had to be drained. Since then, the non thermostatic/ bypass radiator is not turning on, usually this is always on when the heating is on. It’s still not coming on when all the other radiators are turned down. Is it still ok to have the heating system on without the bypass radiator working?
