No, it will be a normal staircase from the ground floor to the first floor. I am planning to convert the first floor to a flat and then I need to give a staircase. Hi, I need to create a doorway from the ground floor external side wall of a commercial property to the first floor (residential). I assume I have to do the following: 1. Create an opening from the ground floor external wall with lintle and door 2. Create an opening on joists of the first floor to install the staircase from inside ground floor to the first floor 3. Install staircase from inside ground floor to the first floor I was wondering how much it will cost to do the entire job. Thanks

Hi, How much will it cost to convert a commercial floor of 30 meter length by 6 meter width to 2 two bedroom flats (Build Cost only). I am trying to buy a commercial building (if planning is approved). Building has ground floor, first floor and cellar. The entire area is 30 meter length and 6 meter width. The walls are in good condition. I am looking for the cost to JUST to create 2 rooms, 1 living room, 1 dining kitchen and 1 bathroom - just the build cost only roughly. Creating the internal walls and skim them.
