Thanks Gaz. The brickwork is very uneven under the one door, would you suggest we use multi-use purpose to create a flat surface before covering with the cloaking fillet?

Hi all, We're having some work done which included laying new screed (as we've installed underfloor heating). The new floor level is a few cm below the original and that means we've got a lip below our front/back doors. We can't change the opening for the front door due to the brickwork on the outside, so my question is how can we best deal with the lip on the inside. We could try and cover it with skirting board but this feels untidy and impractical? Any advice? Thanks!
