Thanks for your responses. We've considered them and we are leaning towards arranging for someone to come and service it, as we are afraid that we might damage it in the process of doing it ourselves, particularly if the heat exchanger is a tight fit as you said.. However, finding a company or someone who we can be sure that can help with this type of technology is proving difficult, so if you have any tips here that would also be greatly appreciated! We're based in north-west London.

Hello, this is my first post here and I have moved into a new place in the last few months, so I thought I'd look for some advice for an issue we've got with our MVHR system. Our Domus MVHR system, which is less than 2 years old in a new build, started making gurgling/bubbling noises a couple of months ago. The video attached is a good example of the type noise, the frequency and intervals we have experienced. It will do this most of the day, but every now and then, there is no gurgling for a good half minute or so. The noise appears to be coming from the top left pipe(s), which I have zoomed in on in the video. It hasn't got any better or worse since it started, but It's becoming quite distracting and we'd rather solve it now just in case there is a real issue with it. We leave it on 24/7 as recommended and we have changed the two filters on the front panel (see two grey strips in the video), so we don't think it has anything to do with this. Our neighbour who lives in an apartment of the same size and layout does not have this problem. We have tried contacting Domus themselves, but no luck, our housing development will not help us, and we cannot seem to find any mechanics or repair companies that won't rip us off when we can't even be sure that they will identify the problem if they come and inspect it.
