While we appreciate the sentiments being unpacked in this thread, we must remind you of our T&Cs which clearly state that: 6.6 Your user content must not be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. 6.7 You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint. We agree that this situation is awful and we are saddened however to be so blunt about it, but we cannot allow Buildhub to be brought into disrepute. Thank you all for your understanding. Can members posting here please ensure, despite provocations they may have been subject to because of the events discussed here, that they do not make statements that could prejudice subsequent proceedings and do not endanger themselves from counter actions e.g. libellous statements. Buildhub is not a legal guardian, however we feel that we should offer this advice to persons affected / posting whilst the red mist has yet to subside.
