Hey everyone. At the start of what I imagine will be a very long selfbuild journey. Currently just weighing up options in terms of plots available, costs to build, types of build and what help is out there to pursue a self build before we fully commit to doing a self-build. Looks like there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on here who hopefully won't mind me asking a question or two on best practices and things to be aware of when going down the self build path.
