  1. My ashp keeps cutting out saying there's a flow error but only when the hot water tank needs heat. If its calling for heat, for the ufh or rads upstairs it works fine?
  2. Hi my air source heat pump is switching off with a flow error , but only when it needs to get the hot water tank to temp. If its calling for heat for the ufh it works fine? Any ideas 💡
  3. Looking to put a 2m by 2m upvc conservatory. Probably thinking floor to hight upvc. Instead if a small brick wall. Has anyone got any tip, rough prices and firms to get quotes off. And firms to avoid!!
  4. Sounds like the way Togo. Are there any makes to stay away from. The price difference between stoves are massive. Will one at £500 do the job a £1500 will do.
  5. Fair enough. But abit too tenicnal for me to set up!!. My plan now is to put a wood burner in. I have plenty supply if free wood. And then turn the heating off or have it very low say 15°c. Then all the ashp has to worry about is keeping water hot
  6. It does have a circulation pump. Just can't understand there reasoning for the sake of a few £100s why not fit one?. Its a reputable company. I was talking to my local plumber and he did say there stuff is good quality.
  7. How would a blending value help. You would if thought the ashp company would of fit one?
  8. I don't think I can. Is my system not the best!
  9. What should the flow temp be. Is mine in the right area?
  10. 20% more is alot. We do have young kids and they have bath's. Do you know your EPC for the barn conversion. My wife will use part baking. The fourm here thought anywhere between 1500 to 2000kw.
  11. It's says in the mannual circulation water temp? If that's not it I don't how to find flow temp
  12. Looking at my ashp. I would say flow temp is around 30°c. That's what the circulation pump says. If that's not it how do find flow temp?
  13. So when they say ashp are super efficient cop values 3 and up. Only if its not super cold outside. Our house regularly drops below 0 in winter. As I've said earlier in this chat, with whats to come with the price caps, the ecomics of a ashp isn't adding up! But I'm stuck with it now and like everyone else will have to find ways to use less and cut costs
