Hi, Apologies for the stupid question, but it's harder to Google a straight answer than you'd expect. Would you get retrospective structural warranty without a formal completion certificate, or would you also need "regularisation" done from the local authority? Trying to resolve a difficult situation, courtesy of a **** builder. Thanks.
