Spoke to the case officer and he came out and did a site check around 2 and half week ago, I asked him will it pass and he said yes and will be writing out the report today and should have it all in writing for Monday. Which his good news

Hi, my planning decision his on 30th may do the planning officers tell you a few days before that the application his likely to get rejected if it’s the case ? kind regards

Phoned them up today and said it had been passed on to agent and he or she was sending a letter out! Bad or good ? Or can’t we tell yet ?

well they make there mins up on 30th this month it’s been in nearly 7 week and haven’t had any complaints from neighbours. Was just wondering if I phoned them do you think you would get an idea if they’ve made a decision? Or which ways it’s going to go.

no haven’t had a cost for the roof lantern yet why ? And what do you mean building regs concern ? That won’t effect the planning passing will it ?

it does if you look carefully they only asked for 500mm worse case if they can’t see it either do you think they will just ask for amendment ? I’m sure they not going to refuse it totally for a quick amendment if that all it takes it pass it.

the roof line his stepped down by 500mm which they told me and the double story his step back 2m like they told me in pre app. The target date his 30th of this month and had planning around Tuesday this week not heard anything yet like.
