Hi, Please excuse me I am a DIYer and had no training etc. I have built 4 courses of a double skin concrete block wall. Now that I have got to the stage of laying blocks flat along the top I have got an issue. The two skins are not level, there is nearly an inch in height difference. Does anybody know what is the best way around this problem? Many thanks
