I am currently completing my final year of an Honours Degree programme in Quantity Surveying at Edinburgh Napier University. As part of my studies, I am required to carry out a dissertation research project. To do this I am researching into cost overruns and time overruns in the Scottish construction industry. Whether there are any common issues between cost and time overruns and if there is a link between cost and time overruns.
