Hi All, I am carrying out the sub division of an existing commercial unit (167 Sqm in total) into two units (takeaway & retail) and with the age of the property around 100 years old. Due to limited space in each unit - I am concerned that Accessible toilets would leave little space for the sub division….and was wondering what the Building Regulations criteria is to be able to qualify for Ambulant toilets instead please? Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
