Hi everyone , I've moved into a house with a workshop in need of some tlc. It's built out of pre-fab concrete but has some wooden panels above, to give it a sloped ceiling. The wood has some rot in places and also some gaps where a plant from next door has poked through. What would be the best approach to repairing and generally sealing the wooden parts? It would need to be done from inside as access to the side of the building is limited. I'm usually ok with diy but I have no idea where to start on this one.
