Hello everybody,
I am about to undertake, pending a good remortgage, a full renovation and extension of the 1960s 3-bed semi that I currently live in with my family. I will be on here seeking help and advice throughout the build. I will be doing as much as I can myself, minus plastering and bricklaying. Ive already changed all of the windows in the house, removed 1960s concrete guttering and put a new bathroom in. Im a fairly confident DIY'er and am an engineer in my day job, so I can appreciate a good detailed drawing.
Below are some snippets of the approved plans, drainage and steel drawings. Our architect is fairly old school and does all of the drawings by hand which is pretty impressive when I spend my days looking through CAD.
