I jointly own agri land and buildings with a relative. We would split the land into three plots, one plot agricultural land (jointly owned), and build two plots (one plot each) for each of us to live in and finance separately. Can we do this without paying CIL? And under one planning application? I can’t find anything on two plots. Any advice welcome.
