Hi everyone, I have just joined the forum. Looking for basic info needed for home extension and renovation. We have builders doing the majority of work but always on the lookout for good advice, particularly on costings, what to do and not to do, etc. At the moment I am getting in quotes for things like laying patio tiles, fitting kitchens etc. and as am close to London the prices are stratospheric. I will be posting on the forum to look for suggestions on average prices to expect etc.
