its cob shop, although i do not have anyone next to me at all just a large space and it will be fenced in from the house so the builing wont be any higher than the fence. its a cabin so they could use it for something else if i sold it

Thank you so much for replying, its becoming really stressful. So i have a detached house on a corner plot, to the right of the property i have enough land to build a semi detached house, however i didnt take to that idea. So ive decided to build a cabin to serve hot and cold food and have proposed gates on the road we have 5 commercial buildings also on the street - the street is mixed use, residential and commercial.
