Hello all,
new here, stumbled upon as i'm looking for advice and well i couldnt find an answer via google so I thought let me join and see if anyone can help and share experience.I like DIY, lockdowns been good, new cloakroom shower and toilet upstairs, and bath downstairs all fully tiled and plumbed, artificial grass installed in the garden too :D
I need to floor over the existing concrete and was thinking underfloor heating and laminate. I dont think the extension that was done was insulated well enough as the room gets cold. I have put thermal plasterboards on the walls and skimmed, but i wanted to ask whether i should damp proof then OSB board or plywood down before the underfloor heating?? any thoughts? has anyone done anything similar that can advise me on?
thanks in advance
