Self build insurance for new build. recommendations.

In order to get a bridging loan to complete my self build I need development insurance for the property. I have been quoted circa £1000 for £550,000 rebuild cost from Protek. I just want to make sure this is reasonable/expected for a 158 square metre timber frame house that is wind and water tight or do I need to be looking elsewhere? I'm not sure what other details to include here but is this in the ball park?
