Steam room extract in house with MVHR

Hi

Planning on a steam room. Need an extract for this as can’t allow the steam to get into the MVHR

What to do to maintain air tightness when steam fan not in use.

Is a back draught damper enough or are there more specialised dampers/ louvre I need to get?

how air tight are these products?
