Light Steel Frame - Insulation, cladding and render

Hi all,

 

I’m building a garden room with a light steel frame structure and am going round in circles trying to work out the best way to insulate over the frame (to stop cold bridging), and then clad or render (I want half and half).

 

I’ve seen so many different solutions with a sheathing, without, with an air gap, without, that I’m getting more and more confused! 
 

Any advice would be really appreciated.
