1st floor extension cost

Morning all

Looking for a ballpark figure for above garage and above single floor extension.

Would like shell and roof only ( i will do internals)

Over garage is full hight wall with pitched roof teeing into side of dormer 5.5m x 3.5m

Then over the top of single height rear extension teeing in to newly formed garage extension. Pitched roof again 6m x 5.5m approx. Looking for cheapest construction method but still mortgage friendly. Current pitched roof on extension may be ok to reuse.
