Bugger!  Noticed a "rushing" water sound this afternoon within the house. With every water using thing off I traipsed out to the water meter to see the digital meter whizzing round. From the stopcock and meter OUTSIDE the boundary it comes in in old STEEL, from the right of the picture, under the fence.
