I did think this also Funnily enough I had a washer repair guy at a different property and asked him . He said the ‘ in built ‘ hose fixing ( internal ) isn’t something you can always change . It is often terminated inside direct to the drain pump so to change it you have to take the machine out and turn it on it's side, then it is obvious how to detach it and what fitting it needs. cherryfountain Posted December 7, 2018 Share Posted December 7, 2018 You can just extend the existing hose with a kit like this.There is no water pressure in this hose so a leak is unlikely, just run the machine and check the hose before you put the plinth back.
