Russell griffiths Posted May 11, 2018 Share Posted May 11, 2018 We are just finishing off some details i was under the impression that the garage floor had to be 100 mm lower than the house floor due to any spills from vehicles. Vijay Posted May 12, 2018 Share Posted May 12, 2018 Am I missing something here, surely you have to have a step or slope somwhere anyway cos the garage door threshold will be at ground level and the floor level of the house will be 150mm higher anyway??
